Definition
The sum of internal renewable water resources and natural incoming flow originating outside the country, taking into consideration the quantity of flows reserved to upstream and downstream countries through formal or informal agreements or treaties. That sum gives the maximum theoretical amount of water available in the country and it is divided by the total population to get the per capita figures. Expressed in cubic meter per capita per annum.
